Maintain a strong network of property consultants, landlords, and real estate professionals. Track and manage the entire land acquisition process including documentation, legal vetting, and registration. Coordinate with architects and internal stakeholders for site layout review and suitability. Support in resolving disputes or legal concerns related to property acquisition or possession. Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements related to commercial property acquisition. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management on pipeline, status, and closure of new properties. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Real Estate, Business Development, or related field preferred. The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and customer service skills to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities 1. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Compliance Implement and ensure strict adherence to all company SOPs. Conduct daily/weekly audits to monitor operational efficiency and compliance. Train and supervise staff to follow best practices in customer service, billing, inventory management, and store maintenance. Maintain store hygiene, FIFO (First In, First Out) standards, and merchandising guidelines. Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with financial controls. 2. Dump and Shrink Control Monitor and reduce product wastage (dump) by ensuring proper inventory rotation and storage.
