Retail sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Handle billing, packaging, and basic cash handling/POS operations
• Replenish stock and assist in inventory checks
• Support boutique events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure a positive shopping environment that encourages repeat visits
• Handle basic customer queries and resolve minor complaints politely
• Report customer feedback and store issues to the Boutique Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
• Prior retail or fashion boutique experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• A keen interest in fashion, styling, or retail trends
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work weekends and retail hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
