Retail sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Retail Sales Executive to promote and sell our bakery/FMCG products across retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing product placement, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and departmental stores to promote and sell bakery/FMCG products.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing staff.
• Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
• Execute promotional campaigns, in-store tastings, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG or bakery products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Familiarity with local retail market and customer behavior.
• Basic knowledge of billing/invoicing and stock management.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
