About Yo-Tana

Yo-Tana Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of industrial filter presses, plates, pumps, valves, and filtration automation systems, serving mining, chemical, and process industries across India and abroad. With a state-of-the-art facility in Sanand, we are expanding our operations and looking for a dedicated Store Manager to strengthen our inventory and materials management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inward and outward movement of materials, components, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Odoo or other inventory systems.
• Supervise material receipts, inspections, and issue slips as per production and dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely material availability.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and maintain proper storage discipline for all items.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Manage store staff, ensure proper labeling, and enforce safety and cleanliness in the store area.
• Monitor packing materials, consumables, and spare stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
• Support audit and compliance requirements for physical inventory verification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Supply Chain discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
