Store Manager

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Inventory Management

· Maintain efficient store operations by implementing store SOP’s and ensure uninterrupted supply and availability of goods.

· To create Goods receipt note in ERP of received raw material, components, Tools, Spares, Suppliers equipment’s etc.

· After material receipt preparation, offer the material to the quality department for quality clearance.

· Ensure material is issued further only after clearance from the quality department.

· Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.

· Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of the store to avoid any loss of inventory.

· Evaluate usage history and ensure the inventory stocks are organized and available by raising purchase requisition timely.

· Regular follow up for material in case of depleting Min stock inventory of all types of materials.

· Responsible for maintaining high standards of LIFO, FIFO and Goods Handling Practices.

· Ensure there is no wastage/damage of material at the time of receiving the material.

· Issue materials to different departments as per requisitions and ensuring LIFO and FIFO through batch management.

· Maintain accuracy in inventory level by controlling physical count through regular audits ensure slow moving goods/ dead stock is cleared regularly and reconciliation in the automated system by warehouse team.

· Conduct monthly audit of stores to Monitor in-house stock levels and carry out periodic stock inspection and manage material aging.

Operational Support

· Prepare Rejection Notes in case of sample rejected by QC department.

· Manage sorting and cleaning of raw materials based on QC guidelines.

· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in store area, proper stacking of material, and restricting wastage/ pilferage of materials.

· Loading of product, check and verify no. of units dispatched and maintain a copy of packing list, gate pass (Incoming & Outgoing) and other documents in the system.

MIS, Reporting & Record Management

· Ensure that the records for all the stock movement and deliveries are properly maintained.

· Maintain accounting of stores and keep records of goods purchased & supplied.

· Prepare monthly stock statement summary after the physical balance verification.

Team Management & Development

· Monitor training programs in conjunction with the HR/ Training Coordinator for team members to have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

· Ensure clear communication on expectations to the team and keep them informed of matters about their job and develop personnel growth opportunities.

· Upgrade self and team with the latest certifications in the area of operations.
