On-site Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and organized Store Manager (Raw Material & Packing Material) to manage and control the overall inventory system of raw materials and packaging materials used in Ayurvedic, Food, Skin Care, and Pharma manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in inventory management, material handling, and compliance as per GMP, FDA, AYUSH, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials & packaging materials.
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and inventory records.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO systems and batch-wise traceability of all materials.
Ensure safe storage conditions for sensitive materials as per SOP.
Coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, testing, and clearance before issuance.
Maintain daily stock levels and prepare material consumption & shortage reports.
Plan and control inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, AYUSH, and ISO guidelines in store operations.
Coordinate with Purchase and Production departments for timely material availability.
Lead store team members and ensure discipline, safety, and hygiene in store premises.
Assist in handling internal, external, and regulatory audits.
Implement digital inventory management systems for accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Com, MBA in Material Management, or related field).
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in store management/inventory control (preferably in Pharma, FMCG, Ayurvedic, or Food Industry).
Technical Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).
2. Understanding of GMP, ISO, FDA, and AYUSH guidelines.
3. Strong knowledge of store documentation and compliance.
Skills Required
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Knowledge of stock auditing, MIS reporting, and cost control.
Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (Negotiable as per candidate profile).
