Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Bunzo Subs outlet. The ideal candidate will oversee all daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store profitability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:Operations & Store Management:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols are followed

Team Management:

• Supervise and train Sandwich Artists and support staff
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing
• Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture

Customer Service:

• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Monitor and maintain quality and speed of service
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Financial & Reporting:

• Track daily sales and manage cash flow
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for senior management
• Help achieve sales targets and reduce waste

Marketing & Promotions:

• Coordinate local marketing and promotions
• Engage with customers and gather feedback
• Promote new products or combos as per company strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of food retail/QSR experience
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems)
• Must be reliable, honest, and customer-focused

Job Title: Sandwich Artist

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

As a Sandwich Artist at Bunzo Subs, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and subs while providing excellent customer service in a clean and fast-paced environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:Food Preparation:

• Prepare sandwiches, subs, salads, and wraps according to recipes
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines while handling food
• Maintain freshness of ingredients and proper food storage

Customer Interaction:

• Greet and assist customers with menu selection
• Take orders and customize items as per customer preferences
• Handle billing and provide receipts

Store Maintenance:

• Keep food prep and service areas clean
• Assist with dishwashing and garbage disposal
• Restock items during and after shifts

Team Support:

• Work collaboratively with team members and manager
• Follow instructions and contribute to a friendly work environment
• Be open to learning and improving skills

Requirements:

• Prior QSR or food service experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Basic communication skills in Hindi or English
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
