Job Overview:

We are a growing real estate firm seeking a Field Data Analyst to collect, verify, and report property-related data from various locations across Delhi. This is a field-based role ideal for candidates who enjoy traveling and working on-ground in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit real estate sites and collect relevant data including property details, location coordinates, photos, and market pricing.
• Conduct surveys and interviews with property owners, dealers, and local residents.
• Analyze trends and assist in preparing data reports for internal use.
• Submit daily reports to the team with accurate information.
• Maintain records of visited locations and collected data.
• Collaborate with sales and research teams to validate property leads.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times.

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi.
