Job Title: Field Data Analyst

Location: Gurugram, Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Field Data Analyst with strong experience in customer handling, client interaction, and working within real estate firms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing field data, while ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders. This role demands travel within Gurugram and the Delhi NCR region, along with coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis:

• Collect and verify field data from real estate sites and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of property details, market trends, and client feedback.
• Use analytical tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Create regular reports and dashboards for internal and client use.

Client Interaction & Customer Handling:

• Schedule and attend client meetings for data gathering and requirement analysis.
• Explain project details, pricing, and availability to clients.
• Resolve client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Real Estate Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for real-time updates on property listings.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and project managers for data accuracy.
• Understand real estate documentation and assist in pre/post-sales processes.

Field Visits:

• Visit residential and commercial sites across Delhi NCR to collect field data.
• Capture photos, location details, and status updates of properties.
• Ensure timely submission of reports from field visits.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tools
• Ability to multitask and handle client-facing responsibilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is a plus
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any degree
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate
• Must be willing to travel within the Delhi NCR region

Work Schedule:

• 6 days a week (Mon–Sat)
• Travel allowance (if applicable)
