Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Overview:

Riana Jewellery is looking for a responsible and experienced Jewellery Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our showroom. We’re seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, a warm approach to client service, and the ability to manage inventory and sales effectively using basic software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

• Oversee smooth daily functioning of the store.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness and layout.

• Handle customer walk-ins and ensure a premium service experience.

Client Handling:

• Assist clients in choosing jewellery as per their taste and occasion.

• Build trusted relationships with regular and new customers.

• Address and resolve customer concerns courteously and efficiently.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels in-store and at partner outlets.

• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain updated records.

• Liaise with vendors/suppliers for restocking as needed.

Order & Delivery Management:

• Manage both online and offline customer orders.

• Coordinate timely packaging, dispatch, and delivery.

• Communicate with logistics partners to ensure seamless fulfillment.

Software & Data Entry:

• Record sales, stock, and customer information accurately.

• Use Excel and other inventory software for reporting.

• Generate insights on stock movement and sales trends.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or jewellery management is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and basic sales/inventory software.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
