Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Implement SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and service quality. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other statutory requirements. Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination to avoid shortages or wastage. People Management Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service. Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours. Foster a positive work environment and resolve team conflicts effectively. Customer Experience Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service. Address customer complaints/feedback promptly and professionally. Drive customer loyalty initiatives and ensure repeat business. Financial & Sales Accountability Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and control operating costs. Track daily sales, analyze performance, and implement strategies for revenue growth. Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily reconciliation. Reporting & Administration Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports with management. Ensure timely documentation of purchases, wastage, and vendor bills. Implement promotional campaigns as per company guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operations. Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
