Role- Store Manager

Location- Jammu & Kashmir (Kathua)

Experience- 12-16 Years

Job Description-

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and evaluating the performance of sales staff.
Sales and Profitability: Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, increase customer traffic, and maximize store profitability.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive shopping environment.
Inventory Management: Overseeing stock levels, conducting inventory counts, ordering new items, and managing stock efficiently.
Store Operations: Ensuring the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, managing budgets, and handling administrative tasks.
Compliance: Enforcing store policies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing loss prevention measures.
Reporting: Generating reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to assess store performance and report to upper management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
