The Finished Goods Store Manager is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of finished fastener products while ensuring accurate inventory control, proper documentation, and timely deliveries. The role includes coordinating with production, quality, sales, and logistics teams to ensure only approved material is dispatched, maintaining FIFO/FEFO practices, and ensuring proper packing, labeling, and stacking as per company standards. The manager oversees stock reconciliation, conducts regular physical verifications, handles ERP entries, prepares dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and e-way bills, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and ISO requirements. Additionally, the role involves supervising store staff, optimizing space utilization, minimizing damages and shortages, and ensuring customer commitments are met through efficient dispatch planning.
