The manager oversees stock reconciliation, conducts regular physical verifications, handles ERP entries, prepares dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and e-way bills, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and ISO requirements. Additionally, the role involves supervising store staff, optimizing space utilization, minimizing damages and shortages, and ensuring customer commitments are met through efficient dispatch planning.
