The Dispatch Executive at Hindustan Fasteners is responsible for planning and executing the timely dispatch of finished fasteners as per sales orders and delivery schedules, coordinating with production, finished goods store, and transporters to ensure material readiness, proper packing, labeling, and palletizing as per customer requirements, preparing and verifying dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and LR copies, ensuring FIFO is followed to avoid stock aging, supervising loading activities for safe material handling, tracking consignments to ensure on-time delivery, maintaining dispatch and transporter records along with daily dispatch reports, handling dispatch-related queries from sales or customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, GST regulations, and safety norms, while using basic ERP and computer systems to meet deadlines efficiently under pressure
