Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing the overall profitability of operations with strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives and operating standards.
Planning and execution for adequate Stock valuation and Inventory management.
Analyzing the store data to increase business with Store Manager
Responsibility of store safety in Disaster Management & to maintain Hygienic
Responsibility of store to maintain smooth function in Facilities & Maintenance
To control ARS & Shrinkage part of (IP) activity
Update all venders bill in Filenet Workplace (DMS Portal
Conceptualizing visual merchandising displays with MPM & PPM, windows, POP & design of retail outlets for maintenance of a high-end store Image.
Maintaining hygiene standards as well as aesthetic presentation of products.
Maintaining overall ambience and dcor as per the VM SOP standards.
