Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring a visually appealing display of products that meet customer needs.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervise retail staff, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, and other key metrics using POS systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in retail store operations or management.
Strong understanding of retail planning principles for effective store layout design and optimization.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., POS systems) to inform business decisions.
