Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer service interactions, and maintaining operational standards. They will lead and supervise the store team, monitor performance metrics, handle inventory, and implement effective retail loss prevention measures to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
Experience in Store Management, including operations oversight and team leadership
Knowledge and skills in Retail Loss Prevention
Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain operational accuracy
A customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills
Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or food service industries preferred
