We are hiring experienced Store Managers for one of our retail client for Calicut location.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.
Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
Ensure high-quality customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues.
Sales Performance: Drive sales growth, meet sales targets, and analyze sales data.
Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Policies and Procedures: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in retail management or sales leadership.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
