Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our team at Apptad Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in store management and a strong background in retail operations.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Supervise sales staff and ensure excellent customer service.

Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.

Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Maintain inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
