Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our team at Global Talent Pool, with 2-7 years of experience in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing and recruitment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve their full potential.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the recruitment industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

Experience with inventory management and stock control systems is desirable.
