Job Description / Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service Maintain proper inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards Monitor store cleanliness, display, and product arrangement Handle billing and payment processing, and coordinate with accounts Generate daily/weekly sales reports for management review Ensure adherence to company policies and store SOPs Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when needed Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail (preferably garments or saree stores) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude Good understanding of store operations and sales strategies Experience with POS/billing systems is a plus
