Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility of day-to-day store operations. Lead, organize, and supervise all departments: Sales, HR, Administration, Branding, and Customer Service. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of staff. Develop and implement business development strategies. Supervise sales activities and support the sales team to achieve targets. Plan and oversee branding, digital promotion, and marketing activities. Coordinate with management on strategic planning, reporting, and execution. Identify process improvements, implement SOPs, and create an efficient operational system. Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory coordination. Set up new projects, expansions, and system developments. Initially handle multiple responsibilities directly and gradually build teams to delegate responsibilities.
