Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Online Sales Promotion: Plan and execute digital sales strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, etc.). Analyze digital performance and adjust strategies to ensure engagement and conversions. Manage social media pages, run ad campaigns, and track lead conversions. Create and promote customer testimonials, event highlights, and offers through digital media. Photography, Design & Editing: Capture professional product and lifestyle photos in-house. Create engaging marketing creatives, banners, and videos. Edit photos/videos for use in social media, website, and showroom display. Ensure brand consistency across all digital designs and content. E-commerce Management: Act as the main point of contact between our company and the e-commerce development team. Coordinate all stages of e-commerce development including testing, structure, UI feedback, and deployment. Upload product data, images, and specifications category-wise, sub-category-wise, and vendor-wise . Monitor e-commerce visitor activity and customer interactions. Ensure products are presented accurately with proper SEO-friendly descriptions and images. IT Leadership & Digitalisation: Oversee all IT-related functions, systems, and software implementation in the organization. Lead digital transformation by supporting CRM, HRM, ERP, and showroom tech initiatives. Suggest, implement, and manage tools to streamline operations and communication across departments. Ensure proper maintenance and updates of hardware and software assets. Train and support staff on basic IT and software use where required.
