Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Manali store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving store sales, managing inventory, and leading a team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations Management Team Leadership & Staff Supervision Sales & Customer Service Inventory & Stock Management Reporting & Analysis Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a store or retail management role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting Ability to work in a seasonal, tourism-heavy environment (preferred) Additional Information: Work Schedule: 6 days/week, weekend and holiday availability required Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus Show more Show less
