Role Objective:

We are looking for a dedicated Store Manager who is responsible for leading the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience at the store. This role demands strong leadership, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to consistently meet business targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase footfall, conversion rate, and average transaction value.
• Actively manage upselling and cross-selling of products (e.g., watches, eyewear).
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, billing, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and operational protocols.
• Ensure store layout and displays are maintained as per VM guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–6 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in premium or lifestyle brands.
• Prior experience with watches, jewellery, fashion, or eyewear retail is highly desirable.
• Sales-driven with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
