Education Qualification · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred). · 2–6 years of experience in customer relationship/client servicing, preferably in laminates/plywood/wood products industry. · Exposure to international trade and export documentation . · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM tools, and ERP systems. · Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi and regional languages are a plus). · High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-centric attitude. Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our Plywood and Veneer manufacturing company. The candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, inventory accounting, taxation (GST/TDS), and manufacturing-related financial compliance. Key Responsibilities: · Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally or other accounting software. · Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, bank entries, and journal entries. · Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations. · Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure statutory compliance. · Generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. · Assist in cost accounting and inventory valuation specific to plywood and veneer products. · Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as required. · Monitor petty cash and maintain accurate records of day-to-day expenses. · Maintain records for raw material procurement and finished goods dispatch in coordination with stores/warehouse. · Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims. · Handle invoice generation, e-way bills, and billing-related documentation.
