Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow, driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining company standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage staff performance and achieve business objectives Key Responsibilities Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate the store team to maximize performance. Drive sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to enhance revenue. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Maintain store inventory, stock levels, and reduce shrinkage. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation are as per company standards. Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management. Prepare and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and audits.
