Position Overview: The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and leading the team to meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and product displays Train, mentor, and schedule staff Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in retail or management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
