Key Responsibilities: Strategize, manage, and grow 3 Instagram handles. Create visually engaging content (posts, reels, stories) using Canva and video editing tools. Build strong engagement within the Bhopal region with creative content and campaigns. Collaborate with local influencers and Bhopal-based pages for promotions. Monitor and improve follower engagement and ensure proper Online Reputation Management (ORM). Stay updated with Instagram trends, audio, reels, and hashtags. Additional Details : • Market Research & Strategy: • Analyze local and digital market trends. • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. • Store Footfall Enhancement: • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline and online) to increase in-store visits. • Organize events, promotions, or collaborations to attract new customers. • Digital Presence & Online Sales: • Set up and manage the brand’s presence on online platforms (social media, e-commerce portals, etc.). • Develop strategies for driving traffic and converting online audiences into customers. • Creative Content Creation: • Design visual content for campaigns, promotions, and social media using Canva or similar tools. • Coordinate with internal or external design teams when needed. • Bold Campaign Execution: • Take initiative with high-impact marketing actions that challenge norms and drive measurable growth. • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness; pivot quickly when required. • Collaboration & Reporting: • Work closely with the sales and store teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. • Provide regular reports on KPIs such as footfall, engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in social media marketing (especially Instagram). Strong hands-on experience with Canva and video editing tools (InShot, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). Excellent communication and content writing skills. Passionate about digital trends and audience behavior in local markets. You will be the visual and vocal identity of our social media presence – from reels and campaigns to product shoots and live sessions. If you’re fluent in both English and Hindi, have a strong screen presence, and a passion for branding and creativity, this is your moment to shine. Key Responsibilities: Be the on-camera representative for brand videos, product showcases, campaigns, and live content.
