Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, materials, and supplies for solar EPC projects in Gujarat. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely material availability, and coordinating with project and procurement teams to support smooth project execution.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
  

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, including PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and other solar components.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses to the procurement team.Implement and maintain proper storage systems to prevent damage or loss of materials.

• Material Handling
  

Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials within the warehouse and project sites.Coordinate material dispatch to project sites as per project schedules.

• Documentation & Reporting
  

Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, stock transfers, and material consumption.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock status, shortages, and material usage.Support audits by maintaining organized documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Coordination & Communication
  

Coordinate with procurement, project, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Communicate material requirements, delays, or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.Assist in stock reconciliation and physical inventory audits.

• Safety & Compliance
  

Ensure compliance with safety and handling protocols for all materials.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse/storage area.Follow company policies and regulatory requirements related to storage and handling of materials.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Higher Secondary (12th) in relevant discipline; ITI or technical certification is a plus.
