Job Description

Manage overall store operations at the project site.
Receive, inspect, and record all materials delivered to the site.
Ensure proper storage, tagging, and identification of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records, material inward & outward registers.
Issue materials to site engineers and subcontractors as per approved requisitions.
Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
Maintain tools, equipment, and consumables inventory.
Ensure materials are stored as per safety and quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with accounts and purchase teams for GRN, bill verification, and material reconciliation.
