Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage and maintain inventory records for our aluminum and glass factory. The role involves handling inward and outward stock, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting smooth factory operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily records of raw material, hardware received and issued. Update inventory data in registers/software accurately and on time. Check and verify incoming material with purchase orders and invoices. Coordinate with production team for timely issue of material. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of stock to avoid damage. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management. Assist in managing dispatches and documentation related to material movement. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines in the store. Requirements: Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Management) or Diploma holder. 2–4 years of experience in store/inventory management (manufacturing/industrial background preferred). Knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software, or ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a factory environment and handle physical stock. Key Qualities: Honest and reliable in handling stock and data. Organized, methodical, and disciplined. Problem-solving attitude with a focus on efficiency.
