Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Executive to join our team in Fairmont. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control measures are in place.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
  • Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Train and supervise store staff on handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail management software.
