We operate on-site retail locations focused on high service standards, accurate inventory control, and efficient store operations.Role & Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations: open/close procedures, cash reconciliation, till settlements and accurate POS transactions.
Receive, inspect and process inbound stock; perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to minimise shrinkage.
Execute merchandising plans and maintain product presentation, pricing, and signage to maximise sales and customer experience.
Provide proactive in-store customer service, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and support sales conversions on the floor.
Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and coordinate with supply/warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
Adhere to loss-prevention, safety and compliance protocols; generate daily/weekly operational reports for store leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Point of Sale（POS）systems
Inventory management
Stock reconciliation
Merchandising
Cash handling
Microsoft Excel

Preferred

ERP or retail management systems (e.g., SAP Retail)
Handheld barcode scanners / mobile inventory devices
Basic knowledge of digital payment reconciliation (UPI/card gateways)

Qualifications & Practical Requirements

On-site role based in India; must be available for store shift timings including weekends and holidays.
Prior retail or store operations experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as stock lifting and store merchandising.
