Store Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory tracking, documentation of incoming materials, and maintaining overall shop floor cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with purchase, production, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock of raw materials, consumables, tools, and spare parts
• Track daily stock movement (inward/outward) and update inventory registers/ERP
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences
• Raise material requirement requests based on minimum stock levels
• Label, arrange, and store materials systematically for easy retrieval

2. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity & quality against purchase orders
• Ensure proper filing of incoming challans, invoices, and delivery notes
• Maintain records for Goods Received Notes (GRN) and issue slips
• Coordinate with purchase/accounts for discrepancies, pending challans, or short supplies
• Ensure all documents are filed, scanned, and archived for audit purposes

3. Shop Floor Housekeeping & Organization

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in store area and shop floor surroundings
• Ensure materials, tools, and consumables are stored in designated locations
• Follow and enforce 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices
• Support safety protocols by ensuring clear pathways and spill-free zones

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with production team for timely issuance of materials
• Liaise with vendors for material delivery schedules and pending items
• Communicate stock shortages and replenishment needs to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,469.46 - ₹33,967.41 per month
