Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock balances through inventory software (e.g., ERP, SAP).
• Ensure proper storage of medical supplies, surgical items, pharmaceuticals, and general consumables.
• Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances.
• Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for timely material procurement and billing.
• Ensure proper documentation as per NABH / JCI standards.
• Verify GRN (Goods Received Notes) and cross-check invoices.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO system (First-In-First-Out / First-Expiry-First-Out) for inventory handling.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols for storage areas.
• Track expiry dates and manage disposal of expired or damaged stock as per hospital norms.
• Manage inward and outward material movement with proper documentation.
• Assist in annual audits and support in inventory report preparation.
• Handle vendor communications related to delivery schedules, quality issues, and order confirmations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience:
• 2–3 years of experience in store or inventory management (preferably in hospitals or the healthcare sector).
• Knowledge of medical consumables, surgical items, and pharmaceutical materials.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Inventory Management Software (ERP, SAP, etc.)
• Knowledge of GST, Purchase Order process, and GRN entries.
• Other Skills:
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Attention to detail & time management
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
