We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Business Manager to join our team at Tanishq, a division of Titan. As the Store Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels
- Train and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
