Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and excellent leadership skills, with 6-9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient customer service and sales growth.
Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and increase revenue.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail management with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
