Role Summary

The Store Associate will oversee day-to-day store and online order operations. This includes managing website order handling, stock control, packing & dispatch supervision, customer coordination, and ensuring smooth, timely deliveries.

Store Manager – Responsibilities

• Handle website operations including order processing, updates, and customer queries.
• Monitor and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and stock levels online.
• Supervise picking, packing, and labeling of orders for accurate dispatch.
• Train packing staff and ensure product handling, packaging quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate dispatch and shipment bookings with courier partners.
• Maintain dispatch logs, courier invoices, and daily order tracking records.
• Manage store inventory and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of products in the store.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods efficiently.
• Allocate work to store assistants and oversee daily operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on orders, dispatch, and stock status.
• Communicate with other departments for smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Website order handling experience preferred
• Knowledge of packing, dispatch, and courier booking
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Time management and problem-solving ability

Qualifications

• Any graduate or relevant diploma
• 0-1 years experience in store, warehouse, or e-commerce operations
