Store Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Store Associate to manage daily store operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers and accounting software, and be capable of handling inventory and customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Handle customer inquiries, consultations, and sales support
• Organize, arrange, and maintain merchandise display
• Locate, retrieve, and issue merchandise as per customer requirements
• Prepare bills, invoices, and basic accounting entries using Busy Accounting Software
• Use MS Office (Excel, Word) and email for daily reporting and communication
• Ensure smooth coordination between store operations and customers
• Maintain systematic arrangement of the store

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Well-versed with computers, MS Office, and email communication
• Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Willingness to learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Batala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
