Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s premium identity. Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and ongoing promotions. Monitor and achieve store KPIs and KRAs to drive sales performance. Manage stock levels, billing processes, and daily store operations efficiently. Ensure the store environment is well-organized, presentable, and aligned with brand guidelines. Required Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills with impeccable grooming and presentation. Strong passion for fashion, styling, and luxury retail. Prior experience in premium or luxury fashion brands is an added advantage. Customer-focused mindset with a natural flair for sales and relationship building. Energetic, proactive, and a strong team player.
