Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Assistant/Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and attract customers.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in store management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and software applications.
