Position: State Head

Location: Gujarat/Maharashtra/Karnataka/West Bengal/AP & Telangana

Experience: 4+ years (Must have team handling experience)

Objective of the role:

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and regional targets.
  
• Delegate responsibilities based on team strengths and development needs.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development.
  
• Ensure timely onboarding and training of new team members.
  
• Foster collaboration and engagement through team-building initiatives.
  

Business Acumen & Growth

• Achieve regional financial and operational targets while maintaining profitability.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with senior stakeholders for business expansion.
  
• Ensure timely collections and manage P&L for the region.
  
• Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to propose relevant business strategies.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
  
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase business share with existing clients.
  
• Manage client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Collaborate with clients to design and execute customized hiring projects aligned with Adhaans service offerings.

Operational Efficiency

• Ensure adherence to all functional SOPs, rules, and company policies.
  
• Implement productivity improvement measures across recruitment matrices to enhance time-to-fill and quality of hire.
  
• Manage and resolve operational escalations within defined timelines.
  
• Optimize business and administrative costs across the region.
  
• Oversee daily planning, lineup scheduling, and onboarding formalities in coordination with relevant teams.

Reporting & Analysis

• Provide periodic reports on business performance, financials, forecasts, and team productivity to management.
  
• Maintain updated regional trackers and ensure data accuracy across staffing and HRMS platforms.
  
• Utilize technology effectively for reporting, analysis, and process optimization.
