Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven State Head – Personal Loan Collections to lead and manage end-to-end collection operations across the state. The role involves team management, bucket-wise recovery planning, agency coordination, performance monitoring, and ensuring achievement of monthly recovery targets while maintaining compliance and customer handling standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. State-Level Collection Management

• Handle and monitor Personal Loan Collection portfolios across all buckets (X, 1, 2, 3, 4+).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery plans aligned with business targets.
• Drive DRR, flow rates, rollbacks, and overall monthly collection performance.

2. Team & Agency Management

• Manage and lead Managers, TLs, FOS, and outsourced collection agencies.
• Develop a team of 5 TL & 60 FOS under you
• Allocate targets, review daily performance, and ensure field discipline.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the team to ensure productivity and compliance.

3. Process & Compliance

• Ensure all collections follow company policy, RBI guidelines, and ethical practices.
• Monitor call recordings, field visits, customer interactions, and QC parameters.
• Ensure timely escalation and closure of sensitive, high-risk, or legal cases.

4. Performance Reporting

• Publish state-level collection dashboards, MIS, and daily reviews.
• Conduct meetings with senior management regarding portfolio health and action plans.
• Track and control expenses, payouts, and agency performance metrics.

5. Operational Excellence

• Ensure quality visits, proper documentation, selfie proofs, and system updates.
• Improve collection efficiency through process improvements and data-driven planning.
• Handling customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
