Job Title: HR Executive Location: Edapally, Ernakulam, Kerala Department: Human Resources Job Summary The HR Executive at SI Creva Capital Services will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations. You will help with recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and general HR administration to ensure efficient and effective support to both staff and management. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, and issuing offer letters. Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, personal data, contracts). Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Address employee queries and grievances; act as a mediator when needed. Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on action plans. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws. Organize training programs, induction sessions, and employee engagement activities. Monitor workplace compliance, health, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the financial services, capital services, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of Kerala labour laws and relevant statutory regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Prepare and submit HR reports: turnover, hiring stats, leave trends, etc. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRMS tools is a plus. Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
