Job Title: State Head – Insurance Venue Channel Department: Sales & Distribution Reporting to: COO Position Location: Jaipur Branch Location: Jaipur, Kota, Bikaner, Jodhpur, New Delhi Branches Covered: 8 CTC upto 25 LPA Min ₹ 10 crores volume should have handled People management experience of at least 3 yrs. is must. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Head to lead the Insurance Venue Channel operations across 5 major locations and 8 branches. The individual will be responsible for managing a large and diverse team of approximately 150 employees , driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning with the strategic vision of the organization. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 150+ employees across 5 locations. Build high-performing teams through effective recruitment, training, and development. Drive a performance-oriented culture with strong focus on employee engagement. Sales & Business Development: Strategize and execute regional sales plans to meet business objectives. Identify growth opportunities across branches and lead local market penetration efforts. Drive cross-sell, up-sell and new customer acquisition in alignment with business goals. Branch Operations & Compliance: Oversee operational performance of 8 branches ensuring high service standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions proactively. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the COO and service office leadership team for business planning. Liaise with external partners and venue stakeholders to optimize partnerships. Represent the company in regional business forums and external engagements. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 08–13 years of relevant experience in Insurance or Financial Services. Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-location operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Deep understanding of sales channels, branch management, and compliance in the insurance domain. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
