Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions proactively. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the COO and service office leadership team for business planning. Liaise with external partners and venue stakeholders to optimize partnerships. Represent the company in regional business forums and external engagements. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 08–13 years of relevant experience in Insurance or Financial Services. Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-location operations. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Deep understanding of sales channels, branch management, and compliance in the insurance domain. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
