Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced State Head to lead our Raipur operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, particularly in dealing with IPD (In-Patient Department) and OPD (Out-Patient Department) doctor segments. This is a leadership role requiring deep understanding of healthcare operations, sales, team management, and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Operations:
• Lead and manage all operations across the state of Chhattisgarh, with Raipur as the base.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all service units and operational teams.
• Monitor and improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and compliance standards.
• Business Development & Sales:
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors (IPD & OPD), and other healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint in the region.
• Execute marketing and outreach strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Doctor & Patient Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Address patient concerns and ensure high levels of care and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between doctors, patients, and internal teams.
• P&L Management:
• Own and drive the Profit & Loss responsibility for the state.
• Optimize costs while maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regular financial reports for senior management.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team including operations, sales, and support staff.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and results.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with strong exposure to IPD and OPD segments.
• Proven track record in handling operations, P&L, business development, and team management.
• Strong network and relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics in the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute plans effectively on the ground.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
