We are looking for State Head-Sales (Mortgage/ Lap loans

Job Location

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Mortgage /LAP ( Micro Lap/ Mortgage).

1.Should have knowledge and understanding of property documents in Mortgage /LAP (Affordable housing Loan and Micro Lap/ Mortgage).

2.Avg ticket size 2 to 10 Lac

3.ROI - 22 to 26% - should not be below 22%

4.Should be from Mortgage background - Micro LAP

5.Stability - should not be a Job hopper

6.Team Handling role ( Managing at least 10 to 20 Branches )

Budget : 8 lac to 14Lac
